Ofugara Felicitates Tompolo at 55, Commends Role in Niger Delta Stability

The Chairman of the Ofugara Give Back Initiative and convener of the Ofugara Peace and Unity Football Tournament, Engineer Silva Ofugara, has congratulated prominent Niger Delta figure, Government Ekpemupolo, on the occasion of his 55th birth anniversary.
