Aniagwu Hails Obi of Owa, Efeizomor II, at 88, Praises His Legacy of Peace and Leadership

Delta State Commissioner for Works (Rural Roads) and Public Information, Charles Aniagwu, has congratulated the Obi of Owa Kingdom, Emmanuel Efeizomor II, on the occasion of his 88th birth anniversary, describing the revered monarch as a symbol of wisdom, peace and exemplary leadership.
In a congratulatory message, Aniagwu commended the traditional ruler for his decades of impactful leadership, noting that his reign has been marked by remarkable contributions to unity, development and the preservation of the cultural heritage of the Owa Kingdom and the broader Anioma nation.
He stated that the respected monarch has continued to provide guidance and moral leadership not only to his subjects but also to government and other stakeholders across Delta State.
According to the commissioner, the Obi has distinguished himself as a custodian of tradition and a voice of moderation whose counsel has played a significant role in sustaining peace and progress within his domain.
Aniagwu noted that attaining the age of 88 in good health and strength reflects divine grace as well as a life of discipline and dedication to service, leadership and community development.
He added that the monarch’s over six decades on the throne has brought honour and prestige to Owa Kingdom, stressing that the people of the kingdom remain proud of his enduring legacy of wisdom, stability and fatherly guidance.
The commissioner further applauded the royal father for his unwavering commitment to the promotion of education, cultural values and peaceful coexistence among his subjects and neighbouring communities.
Aniagwu prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the monarch with good health, strength and many more years on the throne, as he continues to guide his people with wisdom and dignity.
He also wished the royal father a joyful celebration, noting that his life and reign remain a source of pride and inspiration to the people of Delta State.
